Top panel support sections
As I wanted to hide as much of the tubing as possible, I had designed the case with a large space behind the motherboard tray, which meant I needed an angle barb block to transfer the coolant from behind the tray into the front where all the waterblocks are. So I used a Milling machine to create a custom made barb from aluminium which fits perfectly into the gap in the case:

Once the barb block was complete I then strengthened the top half of the case and provided a frame work to fasten the top panel onto.

Each section of the frame was milled and screwed together onto the top of the case. Any visible parts of frame work were sanded using Wet & Dry then polished on a polishing mop to give a mirror finish.
